A 5 minute taxi ride from Bournemouth Train station will take you to our offices at County Gates House, Westbourne.   • Very early smoke detection apparatus (VESDA) installed to enable fires to be suppressed before they are fully developed, therefore keeping the colocation facility free of potential damage

The Bournemouth Data Centre, a Colocation facility in the South of England is based at County Gates House, Westbourne, Dorset. The Data centre's switch gear, which controls the power distribution across the colocation facility. The data centre's build room, allowing you to conduct tests in a controlled environment, with network points and power. The data centre's kitchen area with cooking facilities, sofas, TV's with freeview and an Xbox 360. Our NOC from which Microsoft and Cisco trained engineers monitor the data centre's performance. Part of the data centre's cold aisle containment system, to maintain optimal operating temperatures for your colocation service. Cameras form part of the colocation facilities monitoring systems. These are recorded and are reviewable should the need arise. Power Distribution Unit which controls the amount of power distributed to each individual rack. The data centre's FM200 system which will suppress fires without damaging your equipment. Inside a lockable colocation suite in the Bournemouth data centre which features cold aisle containment. Upon the customer's first visit to the Bournemouth data centre, they will be escorted to our offices where we will register them and scan their finger(s). They will then scan the same finger on this scanner to gain access to the man trap. This man trap acts as an anti-tailgating system, allowing 1 person through at a time. Customers scan their fingers on the biometric pad and must be registered to gain access. The door then shuts behind the customer, and once a check has been performed by the system to ensure only 1 person is present, the door in front will open, allowing access to the data centre. New Customer Area allows for instant support requests and up-to-date account information.
